I wanted to learn everything about English at the same time. I wanted to remember all the English grammar. I kept on memorizing and forgetting English words. In other words, I have a big ambition but not direction!

1. English become part of my life. This is very important because learning a language without using it is useless. When I learn a word, a sentence, or anything interesting and new, I’ll try to apply them repeatedly in my daily life until it’s internalized. 2. I’m not afraid to speak in English. Abby let me understand that even Americans have different accents and it’s ok to have your own. However I have to be aware of the the word stress because it might cause others to misunderstand the word. 3. I learn to establish achievable goals instead of big unreachable ambitions. Learning English is a life time process, so why rush? 4. I’m more confident to share my English knowledge with my kids. I don’t have to be a perfect English mom, but I definitely can bring English to their life ^^ ~

I remember that one time my family and I traveled to Santa Monica, and we met a very friendly counter staff who kept on chatting with us while checking in. I felt dizzy and a little bit nervous because I was bombarded by lots and lots of English words. After a few minutes, I calmed myself down and try to apply what I have learned from Abby: it’s ok to have your own accent, learning language should be fun, it’s ok to make mistakes, and of course all other English learning experience accumulated with Abby over a long period of time. A lot of words kept on popping up in my mind, and without noticed I have chatted with the counter staff for almost 20 minutes!

If you really want to learn English(in an effective way), Abby is the perfect coach and this site is the perfect place for you!
